新目標......

口痕友.....你哋嘅機會嚟喇......

我嘅新目標係要跑完域多利道，

仲有，我要一對新的Mizuno Wave Sub Three....

原來今日係驚蟄....

落街見到啲阿婆打小人，

真係有啲衝動想問佢可唔可以幫我打埋一份。

呢幾年嘅小人著實太多，

多如天上繁星，

煩到個人好想發癲.....

可唔可以死梗啲小人呀.....

睇下今日有無時間做吓gym先.....

始終唔想太懶，

想勤力啲....

同埋身體好啲.....

好彩今日撞番我個教練....

問咗佢有關對腳的問題...

佢話我應該多啲操大腿and小腿，

仲話我嘅問題係因為我的意志做到咁大量的運動，

但係身體的機能未負荷到......

甚麼？我的意志竟然好過我的體能....？

咩話？

我無聽錯呀嘛....

我無意志㗎喎......

咁我啲意志喺邊度嚟㗎？

喂....話我知呀...我真係唔知呀.....

救我呀...

今日跑四公里，

但係想跑番快啲都唔得....

因為weight room部treadmill係唔識快㗎...最快只係每小時十公里...

但係我今日諗住練speed，

結果只係好似做過warm-up咁...

用24分鐘先得四公里，

完全係每小時十公里的speed，

但目標係12....完全死得....

唉....

今日打羽毛球都係打得唔好，

成日都錯動作...

再錯就火都嚟喇....

劈車又一pat....

今日都係一事無成囉....

不過，俾人話有意志咗，

可能都係一件好事，

但係點用呢啲多咗嘅意志先matter....

不如下次試下一路唱Adia一路跑，

可能最後個gym房會得番我一個....

好黑呀....

咩事呀今日.....

想用電腦，個recharger搞到我得番12% battery power...

想一路做gym一路聽歌，點知聽到Gaspard de la Nuit的第一首，

部iPod突然無聲。搞到我以為我果850蚊就咁玩完......

做weight又唔鬼小心，結果整親我個極之problematic的右膝.....

早論行山已經整親佢，本來好番d....

依家又嚟....勁驚再嚟一次大鑊嘢，

咁唔好話跑半馬.....跑唔跑到都可能係一個問題....

搵Ika同bi~食飯又趕到部新電話落地開花....

算....

落銅鑼灣搞個recharger...

個sales鬼死咁寸....算...係我當初揀錯鋪頭je...

但係最嬲嘅，竟然係佢同我講，

話要禮拜尾先有parts番，

大佬，咁我用手指咩？

......

填evaluation嘅時候，呢位人兄唔該小心啲呀.....

最後，好彩部iPod係hang到無電，

差番就okay....
